The Wizard of Oz

16th to 18th May 2024

Dorothy lives on a farm in Kansas with her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em, and dreams of faraway places. One day the farmhouse, with Dorothy inside, is swept off by a tornado to Munchkinland in the Land of Oz. The house lands on the Wicked Witch of the East, killing her. The witch's sister, the Wicked Witch of the West, vows revenge upon Dorothy. The good Sorceress of the North tells Dorothy that in order to return to Kansas she will have to go to the Emerald City to see the great Wizard of Oz. Along the way, Dorothy meets a Scarecrow, who wants to ask the Wizard for a brain; a Tin Woodman, who needs a heart; and a Cowardly Lion, who wants to be brave.

With well-known songs from the movie, this show promises to be lots of fun. We are sure that you will enjoy joining Dorothy and her new friends on their adventure as they travel down the yellow brick road to find the Wizard.
