WODS is an award-winning amateur society based in Woodmansterne, Surrey. We aim to put on three shows a year - in February (a pantomime performed by our junior members), in May (a fully-staged musical) and in October (a revue, play or variety show). All shows are performed at St Peter's Church Hall in Woodmansterne.

 

WODS needs you!

We can only stage our shows if we have Directors, Musical Directors and Choreographers. If you fit into one of these categories and would like to help, please contact us. We do not expect you to do this for free and fees are negotiable.

 

We are always pleased to welcome new members, both performing and back stage. We have a shortage of male performers at present so if you fancy treading the boards with us we will be extremely pleased to hear from you. An ability to sing, dance or act is an advantage!

 

If you have an interest in costumes or can sew and you would like to help with wardrobe please contact us. We are also on the lookout for someone who could help apply make-up during show week (wardrobe and make-up are unpaid positions but we can promise that you will have fun!). If you are a fashion or theatre studies student perhaps you would like the experience?
